Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! I just spent most of today trying to understand from websites how teachers get trained! Your explanation is the best (and only) coherent explanation I’ve found!

Bob & I are trying to help a local church school which has 130 students & 2 teachers! The 2 teachers want to upgrade their skills. Both teachers have diplomas in HR & work at our college library nights/weekends so they can teach during the school week. Right now they make 200 birr/month! We have a master plan of what we’d like to do, now looking for info on how to make it happen & funding. Already received a shipment of school supplies from some friends in Switzerland … help comes from the most amazing places.
